If Postora VIP is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first web payment and we will refund it in full — no questions asked.

Renewals

Renewal payments are not refunded automatically, but you can cancel any time before the renewal date to avoid being charged. If a renewal caught you by surprise, write to us and we will look at it case by case.

Android purchases

Subscriptions bought through Google Play are refunded through Google Play under its own policy.
