Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Postora collects, why, and the choices you have. It applies to the Postora website, the web app and the Android app.
What we collect
- Account information — your email address, display name and avatar, and the sign-in method you use (email and password or Google).
- Your content — the carousels, brand kits, saved templates, themes and layouts you make, and the images you upload.
- AI requests — the text you send to an AI action and the result, plus token counts used to meter usage.
- Subscription status — whether you are a VIP member, through which store, and when your period ends. We never see or store your full card details.
- Feedback you choose to send us.
How we use it
To run the product: store and sync your carousels across devices, perform the AI actions you ask for, apply your brand kit, manage your subscription and answer support requests. We do not sell your data and we do not use your content to train AI models.
Service providers
- Supabase — database, authentication and file storage.
- Our AI model provider — processes the text of each AI request you make.
- Unsplash, Pixabay, Pexels and Openverse — receive the search words when you look for a free photo. Photos you pick may be copied into your storage.
- Creem — web payments, as merchant of record.
- Google Play and RevenueCat — Android subscriptions.
- Google — sign-in with Google, ads in the free Android app, and advertising measurement on this website.
Retention and deletion
Deleted carousels stay in the bin for 7 days and are then removed permanently. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your content, uploaded images and profile. If you use the website without an account, your work stays in your browser and moves into your own account when you sign up or log in. The Android app starts you with a guest account; a guest account with no projects is deleted after 3 days without use.
Cookies
The website and the web app use a few cookies and similar storage. Some are needed for the product to work: they keep you signed in, remember your language and theme, and keep a visitor's work in their browser. With your permission, Google Analytics and Google Ads also set cookies to count visits and to see which ads bring people to Postora; we use Google Consent Mode, so these stay off until you allow them where the law asks for consent (the EEA, the UK and Switzerland). You can change your choice at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the website. One more cookie, postora_consent, remembers that choice for a year.
